ROOM RESERVATIONS
Please note: Due to the intimate size of the Belmond Villa San Michele, it is imperative that you book well in advance. The Belmond Villa San Michele consists of only 45 rooms comprised of both deluxe and junior suites. And at this current time ICE21 has only a limited number of rooms left.

We will liaise with Belmond to book guests directly on a first-come, first-served basis. Rooms are unable to be blocked off for extensive periods of time. Please book as soon as possible - no later than December 30th, 2019 - if you intend to attend ICE 2021 and would like the full ICE FLORENCE experience. * Please note: the booking deadline for all rooms is December 30th. We cannot stress this enough. We would hate for you to miss out on this luxurious opportunity.  Caveat should ICE21 sell out prior to the dates we apologize in advance if we are not able to accommodate you.

Due to the demand for ICE21, we will NOT be holding any rooms until full payment has been received. Full ICE Registration is required before rooms may be booked with the Belmond.
